Data storage
The collected information is stored in our different reservation systems in secure databases, which are SSL certified.
This database contains : clients’ surnames, addresses, telephone numbers, telephone extensions, the name of their company and credit card information. We may also save other information, such as your preferences with regard to rooms, means, drinks and other services, as well as the history of your stays in our hotel.
Purpose of data collection by the operating company
Through the website, the operating company collects data about you that is strictly required for the following purposes:
In order to manage your requests for information and your bookings, as well as any loyalty programme;
To improve and personalise the operating company’s services to make browsing on the website easier for you;
To manage and maintain the entire client relationship;
