Since 2019, José has been heading up the teams at la Cordée in working together in a friendly way, with just one watchword: Respect. As a graduate of Valence Central University, and with 18 years’ experience in the luxury hotel business, he is fully committed to constantly improving our hotel, with initiatives such as: reducing the environmental impact of our products and facilities, developing local partnerships, and many other initiatives.

Jade has been working in the area of well-being for over 10 years now. She is passionate about her work, and has worked in several spas in luxury hotels. She is trained in different techniques from around the world, from Polynesia to India and Japan.

Her philosophy is not to allow anyone to leave our expert hands without being fully satisfied. She makes sure each visit to our spa is a revitalising experience for all our clients.

After studies specialising in marketing and customer satisfaction, Samuel decided to become part of the luxury hotel business by starting at Vatel Paris. He worked for over 7 years in a 5-star boutique hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Recently arrived in Switzerland, he wants to give you a warm welcome and ensure that your stay at La Cordée des Alpes****+ is an unforgettable experience.

Pierre has an innate sense of welcoming people and a real passion for hospitality. His professionalism never goes unnoticed. He is always cheerful and very kind, and he makes sure that every dining experience is a wonderful one. He is on the lookout for anything the clients may want, and knows how to anticipate their desires to make every moment dining an unforgettable memory.

With us at La Cordée since it opened in 2012, Eduardo has followed our hotel owner, Marcus Bratter, to various hotels for over 20 years.

Lucie is the marketing manager for the Cordée des Alpes Hotel, and also for all the hotels and restaurants in the KV HOTELS group. She has been working alongside Marcus for 9 years now. As organised as a Swiss timepiece, Lucie meets every challenge with determination, combining energy and efficiency, to manage each project with rigour and a cheerful attitude.

Rachid, chauffeur for the Cordée des Alpes for 6 years, is much more than just a driver. With his nice smile and considerable experience, he will drive you safely on Verbier’s roads. He is happy to share his tips and insider secrets so that you can experience Verbier like a local. When it comes to restaurant recommendations or spots to admire the most beautiful views, Rachid makes every trip so much more fulfilling.
