Grégory Sola, the manager of Macbirch, has been working in the world of wine for 25 years. He initially planned to work in international relations, but after meeting some of the most charismatic wine producers in the world, wine became his vocation.
Trained in the University of Wine of Suze-la-Rousse, he specialises in wines from Burgundy, the Rhone Valley and of course, from Switzerland.
With his clients’ satisfaction in mind, our sommelier knows how to use his skills to help with what you want. Grégory likes to start where others stop!

Do you have a delivery service?
Yes, we offer a delivery service for orders over 500 CHF (For orders under 500 CHF the delivery charge is 20 CHF). Have your wine delivered directly to you without lifting a finger, perfect for preparing your dinners or events!
Can I get advice on choosing wine?
Absolutely! Our team are all passionate about wine and ready to advise you so that you can find the perfect bottle. Whether it’s for a special occasion or to discover new wines, we are here to guide you.
