Perched on the heights of Verbier, our restaurant is set in an exceptional working environment with balconies, two large terraces facing our Alpine massif. Please note that employees who choose to stay on site can access the resort with the gondola, but not in the evening. (Téléverbier schedule)
Requirements
Lead and manage the kitchen team, guaranteeing the quality of food preparation, presentation and service. Scrupulously comply with food hygiene, health and safety standards.
Manage food costs so that budget targets are met.
Organize and manage orders and stock
Must have a command of the French language
